HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
      The Returns Center offers two routes to choose from to begin processing your return or exchange. Option #1 is beginning the process with your order number and your zip code. Option #2 begins the process by entering your email address.
      When returning or exchanging one single order, you may choose either option #1 or option #2. When choosing option #2, please be sure to select the correct order number as your complete order history will populate.
When returning multiple orders at once, please process each order number separately resulting in multiple numbers assigned to each single order number. You will receive multiple shipping labels. However, you may ship all of your items in one box using one of the labels. Please place the additional labels inside the box so our warehouse can process them accordingly.
      If you only have your email address and are returning multiple orders, please reach out to us by emailing us so we can provide your order numbers to you.
CAN YOU CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
      We are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped. Often times, carriers can hold packages at the local post office, so we would recommend contacting them.
HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?
      Exchange orders that need to be received by a faster, expedited option, please process your return as a return for refund, and place the exchange order via a card purchase on our website, including an expedited shipping option. This order will be considered a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
      Please go to our return/exchange page and use your order number and email address to log in. This will prompt you to create a ticket where you can let us know which items you would like to return or exchange. We will send you a shipping label from there!
